Prof. Mahmoud Hafez attending the SAMA meeting. This is an engineering conference on 3D printing. In 2007 meeting, he was appointed a member of the Expert committee of additive manufacturing as he represent the use of 3D printing in the medical field.
In 2018 meeting, he was appointed as a vice president of The World Advanced Manufacturing Association. He the only medical doctor among a group of engineers as vice presidents. They are from UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, USA in different fields as Aerospace (NASA), education, agriculture, different engineering aspects, etc.
